We can relate—lazy summer days are perfect for letting things slide. But as we look toward fall, it's a great time to review and remotivate. Here's how to rally around yourself and your self-care right now!

  • Start Fresh. The trees shed their leaves soon in anticipation of starting over. You can do the same, letting go of old habits and trying something new. Remember, even if an idea didn't work last time, trying it at a new time and in a new way may be different−plus, you're different now too.
  • Share Your Goals. Not only can vocalizing what you want to achieve make things more real, it can bring your loved ones on board. Of course, part of that discussion may include what positive support should look like.
  • Believe It. And if you don't believe it, change it. Whatever your goal may be, if you know deep down that it's not going to work, it won't. So be real and be ready for success.
