| Possible Cause: | Solution |

| Your batteries are dead. | Insert new batteries. |
| Display is damaged or the meter is defective. | Contact Accu-Chek Customer Care. |
| Extreme temperatures. | Move the meter to a location within the stated temperature limits in your owner's manual. |
