Yes. Just follow these steps to back up your data and then restore it to the new app. E-mail a copy of your data to your own e-mail address. Select Settings. Select Data Sharing. Select Backup. Select E-mail for backup. Enter your e-mail address. Select Send. Delete the Accu-Chek 360° diabetes management app from your device. Download the Accu-Chek Connect app from Google Play. Open the e-mail you received on your mobile device. Open the attached file with the Accu-Chek Connect app to import your data. Note: If you save/e-mail your data during a structured test, the test data will be saved but the structured test will be inactive and cannot be restarted. It's best to complete the structured test before transferring data.

To remove a blood glucose value or other entry, open the logbook and tap the entry once. You will see an option to delete it. 
When it's no longer needed, you can delete structured test results within the Accu-Chek 3-Day Profile or Accu-Chek Testing in Pairs areas, accessible from the home screen.
