Diabetes Assistant® Program System Requirements


Following is a list of the computer system requirements needed to take advantage of the ACCU-CHEK® Diabetes Assistant® Program. These requirements are standard on most computers.

Hardware:
•  Intel Pentium 90MHz processor
•  32 Megabytes of RAM
•  Monitor graphics adapter running with 800x600 resolution and 256 colors
•  Mouse and keyboard
•  28.8 modem or broadband connection (network interface card or DSL)
•  Available RS-232 com port
•  Printer with a properly installed Windows driver

Operating Systems:
•  Windows 98, ME, 2000, XP Home Service Pack 1, XP Professional

Recommended Browsers:
•  Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 Service Packs 1 and 2
•  Microsoft Internet Explorer 6

Browser Settings:
•  Security settings (SSL 3.0)
•  Cookies enabled
•  Java enabled
•  JavaScript enabled

You can use any of the following meters with the Diabetes Assistant ® Program:
•  ACCU-CHEK Compact Plus
•  ACCU-CHEK Aviva
•  ACCU-CHEK Active
•  ACCU-CHEK Advantage
•  ACCU-CHEK Compact
•  ACCU-CHEK Complete

Notice: ACCU-CHEK® Compass software is not validated for use with Microsoft Windows Vista. Therefore, any issues encountered while using ACCU-CHEK® Compass software on Microsoft Windows Vista will not be supported by ACCU-CHEK Customer Care Service Center.
